Restaurant and café equipment sourcing in Canada

Kitchen and café equipment, furniture, tableware and supplies, compared and delivered. You pay the supplier directly.

Opening a restaurant or café means buying a lot of things at once: kitchen equipment, coffee equipment, furniture, tableware, packaging and everyday supplies. Most first-time owners don't have supplier contacts yet, and there's no time to call ten companies and compare quotes. That's the work we do for you.

What we can source

  • Commercial kitchen equipment: ovens, ranges, refrigeration, prep tables and dishwashers.
  • Café equipment: espresso machines, grinders, blenders and display cases.
  • Furniture: tables, chairs, stools and counters for dining rooms and patios.
  • Tableware and smallwares: plates, cups, cutlery, pans and storage containers.
  • Supplies and packaging: take-out containers, cups, lids, bags and cleaning supplies.

How we work with you

Tell us what you need, your budget and your opening date. We look for restaurant and café equipment suppliers in Canada first, and for trusted suppliers worldwide when they offer better value, and show them next to the Canadian options.

You receive 2–3 quotes. Each one shows the total delivered cost: product, shipping and duties. You choose, you pay the supplier directly, and we manage the order until it's delivered. Our fee is agreed before we start searching.

What we check before you buy

Kitchen equipment is a big expense, and a wrong choice is hard to undo. Before you commit, we check:

  • that the supplier is a registered business, with references we can contact;
  • that electrical and gas equipment carries a certification mark accepted in Canada, such as CSA or cUL;
  • the warranty, and who provides service and parts in Canada;
  • dimensions and power needs, against the details you give us;
  • lead times, so the equipment arrives before you open.

We are not a customs broker and we don't give legal advice. For health and building rules, check with your local health authority and your contractor.

Questions

Can you source equipment and everyday supplies together?

Yes. Send us your whole list. Where one supplier can cover several items, we group them so you have fewer orders to manage.

Do you sell the equipment?

No. You buy from the supplier and pay the supplier directly. We never own the goods or hold your money for goods.

How long does it take?

It depends on the items and the supplier. Lead times are on every quote, so you can plan around your opening date.

How much do you charge?

The first meeting is free. The Essential plan is $149 to start, plus 8% of the order value if you buy (the $149 counts toward it). The Hands-on plan is $599 to start, plus 10% of the order value, with much more guidance. See pricing.
